The things everyone should be able to do without having to wait for a contractor to call them back, come out to quote and then wait to fit into their schedule. Changing an outlet but not sure where to start, changing a light fixture, understanding why your breakers keep tripping, basic knowledge of what is happening in your home. Youtube videos can only take you so far, but it is risky to attempt those hacks when your concern is specific to your home and wiring.
